چکیده
Abstract Purpose Soil microorganisms play an indispensable role in the material and energy cycle of grassland ecosystems. The abundance these organisms vary according to environmental factors, such as time year soil depth. There have been few studies on transformation microbial communities degraded typical steppe temporal spatial changes. In this study, we analyze community structure diversity bacteria fungi, impact changing factors upon structure. Methods From May September 2018, collected 90 samples from different depths (10, 20, 30 cm) area Xilingol. We carried out physical chemical properties using high-throughput sequencing technology. Results found that depth significantly affected fungi. Bacteria fungi at 10 cm was higher than 20 cm. Acidobacteria, Proteobacteria, Actinomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes varies with addition, pH increased increasing depth, while organic matter (SOM), available nitrogen (AN), volume water content (VWC), temperature (ST) decreased Finally, total carbon (TOC), AN had a significant bacterial fungal communities’ ( p < 0.05). Conclusions Spatial heterogeneity (in depth) is more (month) predicting changes composition properties. SOM, VWC, Proteobacteria Actinomycetes positively correlate negatively speculate SOM VWC account for variations Acidobacteria causes Ascomycetes Basidiomycota.

Impact of Grazing on Soil Carbon and Microbial Biomass in Typical Steppe and Desert Steppe of Inner Mongolia
The potential of grazing lands to sequester carbon must be understood to develop effective soil conservation measures and sustain livestock production. Our objective was to evaluate the effects of grazing on soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), microbial biomass carbon (MBC) in Typical steppe and Desert steppe ecosystems, which are both important grassland resources for animal grazin...

Nitrogen (N) fertilization may profoundly affect soil microbial communities. In this study, a field fertilization experiment was conducted in temperate grassland in Inner Mongolia, China to examine the effect of N fertilization on soil microbial properties and the main factors related to the characteristics of soil microbial community. Soil microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and microbial functiona...

Studying the responses of soil respiration (Rs) to soil management changes is critical for enhancing our understanding of the global carbon cycle and has practical implications for grassland management. Therefore, the objectives of this study were (1) quantify daily and seasonal patterns of Rs, (2) evaluate the influence of abiotic factors on Rs, and (3) detect the effects of soil management ch...

Spatial variability in soil heat flux at three Inner Mongolia steppe ecosystems
Closing the energy budget at flux measurement sites is problematic, even when the fetch extends over flat, homogeneous surfaces with low vegetation cover. We used the residual energy balance and ordinary least square (OLS) linear regression methods to quantify spatial variability in soil heat flux contributing to energy balance closure (EBC), by deploying a mobile energy system within the footp...
